1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with WirePlan Pro. As Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, they handle all payment processing and customer service inquiries, including refund requests, on our behalf for licenses purchased directly through wireplanpro.com.
2. Annual Subscriptions ($280/year)
You are eligible for a full refund for an annual subscription under the following conditions:
- Initial Purchase: Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Automatic Renewal: If your annual subscription automatically renewed, you may request a full refund of the most recent renewal charge if the request is made within 14 days of the charge date.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method.
3. Monthly Subscriptions ($28/month)
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through Paddle's system (link usually found in your receipt email) to prevent future charges. Your access to WirePlan Pro will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. General Conditions
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in any subscription period.
- Third-Party Purchases: This policy only applies to purchases made directly via our website using Paddle. If you purchased through a third-party app store or reseller, their refund policy applies, and you must contact them directly.
- License Deactivation: Upon receiving a refund, your license key for WirePlan Pro will be deactivated.
5. How to Request a Refund
As Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted directly to them.
Please visit paddle.net or use the customer service or subscription management link provided in your email receipt from Paddle. You will typically need your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
